Tank ring HONDA CMX 500 REBEL by Hepco Becker : The HEPCO BECKER tank ring for fastening tank bags is used for attaching tank bags to the motorcycle. HEPCO BECKER calls the magnetic system tank bag ring as ‘Lock-it’ The tank rings are located on the fuel tank ring. The metal plate with lock to the tank rings are manually drilled to the tank bag by the rider. Giving the customization and adjustability as per riding position. The magnets secure the tank bag as the magnet pulls the bag in place. The lock is released, by pulling the string, the poles of the magnets release from the attachment. The tank bag‘s base plate shields the magnetic field of the tank ring‘s two permanent magnets, so that credit cards and electronic devices cannot be damaged. You can refer to the installation manual for a quick peek on how it would be installed on your motorcycle. Permanently Fixed ; the bolts are locked in place :- The carriers are mounted using bolts and firmly set on the bike. As a standard Hepco Becker Policy:- The mounting points used are the existing ones on the bike so no alteration needs to be done on the bike. All necessary bolts and parts are included in the kit. Like most Hepco Becker Installations, the installation manual would suggest how easy it is to install the parts on your own. Most of the carriers can be installed with the side case carriers.
