BMW Extreme Top Case corner protection

The corner covers for protecting the corners of our case and top case covers from the »EXTREME« range are made of robust ABS plastic. We have constructed them so that not only are they easy to exchange or replace, they’re also economical. They screw in decently with self-locking nuts and not „studded“ with rivets. This means the robust protectors are easy to replace if they get damaged during heavy use or worn through years of sustained heavy usage. The stainless steel locking mechanism features an integrated, foldable carrying handle that allows the cases to be opened, closed, mounted or dismounted in seconds. The integral design is contemporary with a high recognition value. The consistent use of only high-quality materials ensures the sustainable durability of the X-CASE luggage system. This is further enhanced by the high-quality processed aluminium sheet and the octagonal shape designed for stability, weight optimisation and aerodynamics. The frame is equipped with a proven, absolutely dust and waterproof sealing system that reliably protects the contents. The cases are equipped with a partition and a net – both secure the contents, provide tidy organisation and reduce vibrations and shocks. Attaching them to the carrier is uncomplicated thanks to the quick-release system. They are completely dust and waterproof due to their special sealing system. The longevity of our luggage system “EXTREME” is ensured by the consistent use of exclusively high-quality materials. This includes the processed 1.5 mm aluminum sheet with stabilizing ridges (weight-optimized yet robust), stainless steel fittings, replaceable all-around protection on all corners, and protective caps for the locks. Thanks to the additional lashing eyes on the cover, additional luggage, such as our Rack Pack bags, can be securely strapped on. The suitcase covers are equipped as standard with practical luggage nets on the inside, for everything that needs to be immediately accessible on the go: rain gear, tools, or the first aid kit. After opening both front and rear hinge locks, the cover can be completely removed, and the suitcases can be conveniently loaded from the top. If only one of the two locks is opened, the second lock serves as a hinge. This allows the cover to be positioned either forward or backward as desired and is held in place by a retention cord. In the black powder-coated version, the high-quality suitcase appears equally technical and elegant.
