They can be securely attached or removed in a flash using the LOXX quick releases on the inside. The bags consist of perfectly crafted CORDURA® 500, which is laminated on the inside with a waterproof layer of durable TPU. All seams and duplications are stitched to be waterproof. The cover flap, which also covers the waterproof and dustproof zippers and fastens with two high-quality clips, also ensures they are water-tight. The rack is 100% tubed german steel and plastic powder coated Stress tested and reinforced steel 100% designed and made in Germany It is made specifically to fit this bike for the Hepco Becker Side cases. They look good when the luggage is not mounted and also protect the bike from damage They can be conveniently paired with the top case racks, enlargement, etc racks by Hepco Becker without any need for modification. You can refer to the installation manual for a quick peek on how it would be installed on your motorcycle. They come in two variants:- Permanently Fixed ; the bolts are locked in place :- The carriers are mounted using bolts and firmly set on the bike. Quick Release “Lock It†; easily removable and quick release mechanism :- The carriers can be installed and removed within seconds by loosening the lock-it screws (quarter turn). You can remove the side parts backwards or sideways. A For Quick release as an optional accessory you can buy the theft proof lock and key As a standard Hepco Becker Policy:- The mounting points used are the existing ones on the bike so no alteration needs to be done on the bike. All necessary bolts and parts are included in the kit. Like most Hepco Becker Installations, the installation manual would suggest how easy it is to install the parts on your own. The easy lock allows the carriers to be installed and removed within seconds. To do this you just have to loosen the lock-it screws with a quarter turn and you can remove the side parts backwards or sideways. As an anti-theft device you can optionally protect the carrier with our Lock-it screws against thefts (SKU 51050). All cases are closed by means of a quick release fastener on the carrier. For this you need the aluminum adapters (item number 700114) which are usually within delivery of the sidecases. BMW R 1200 GS LC af 2013 Side Carrier – Quick Release Lock-it side case carrier are Made of steel tube and custom-made laser parts, which are reinforced once more in highly stressed areas. The easy lock allows the carriers to be installed and removed within seconds. To do this you just have to loosen the lock-it screws with a quarter turn and you can remove the side parts backwards or sideways. As an anti-theft device you can optionally protect the carrier with our Lock-it screws against thefts (SKU 51050). Removable in Seconds Fits all Hepco Becker Hard Sidecases All cases are closed by means of a quick release fastener on the carrier. For this you need the aluminum adapters (item number 700114) which are usually within delivery of the sidecases. The aluminum adapters are screwed to the rear right and left of the carrier and then offer an attachment option for the locks of the suitcase.
